Combined Shipping

I DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR SHIPPING OVERAGES when you place multiple orders during a shop update/sunnies drop! I receive a very high volume of orders and many customers purchase multiple items through separate orders using the "Buy It Now" function. Because of my commitment to reducing my environmental impact, I will always combine shipping rather than send separate packages. You don't even have to tell me you've placed multiple orders, because I've added a whole extra step to my shipping process to figure this out. This is tedious and time consuming, so I do not offer refunds for shipping overages in these cases. If you'd like to save on shipping please place just one order. Thank you for understanding!

Domestic Shipping

All packages are shipped via USPS. Standard First Class/Ground Advantage mail typically arrives in 3-5 business days, while Priority Mail typically arrives in 2-3 business days. Shipping time does not include processing time. Please allow 1-3 business days for the processing and packaging of your item(s)!

International Shipping

Baba Cool LLC currently ships internationally to Canada and the UK at a flat rate of $12 USD. International shipping times vary, but typically you should receive your package in 1-2 weeks. UK orders may be subject to VAT. 

Missing Packages

Please TRIPLE CHECK your shipping address before placing your order. Baba Cool LLC ships to the exact address provided by the buyer, and cannot be held responsible for lost packages due to address error on the part of the buyer. 

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received your package, please contact your local post office with your tracking number to see if they can help locate your package. If you are still unable to locate the package, you can contact Brooke at shopbabacool@gmail.com. I will do whatever I can to help!
